Local volleyball player Molly Muller signs with Louisiana Tech

We’re shining a light on a local volleyball player taking her talents to the Division I level.

Molly Muller is a 6’2” middle blocking specialist from Acellus Academy and has officially put pen to paper to join the Louisiana Tech volleyball squad.

Muller was named both to the All District and All-Star Teams in high school. She told WXXV News 25 what this incredible opportunity means to her. “It means everything to me. I’ve been playing for five years now and I’ve poured so much of my heart and my time. My family has done so much for me and just to make them proud means the world to me. To meet new teammates and see new people and be on a great team means everything. I remember being in ninth grade and playing JV and just thinking oh my gosh these older girls are so good. I wish I could be like them and now I’m one of those older girls and it just feels crazy looking at the younger girls and letting them know that anything is possible if you just work hard.”
