Gulfport Behavioral Health System discusses services offered for military service members

Gulfport Behavioral Health System provides mental health services for military service members. On Tuesday, they had a board meeting to curate conversations about the services they provide. 

During their discussions, they brought up the topic of operations for their in-patient services for military members. Veteran mental health is a sensitive issue that impacts the military community, and with that comes a particular type of care that veterans require. 

With the freeze on federal funds, Gulfport Behavioral Health does not believe it will affect its operations moving forward. Gulfport Behavioral Health system continuously works hard to provide excellent care for military service members and first responders.
