Morris Broadcast Operations Center Operator

Our Broadcast Operations Center supports multiple television stations, including affiliates from the Big Four networks: ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX. Our team plays a direct role in keeping live television, news, weather, and emergency coverage on-air accurately and reliably every day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Air programming exactly as scheduled per station logs
  • Operate live programming with accuracy and focus
  • Run on-air crawls for severe weather and emergency messaging when directed
  • Document any programming discrepancies clearly and professionally
  • Execute programming changes only with proper approval
  • Perform additional operational duties as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail with numbers, names, and symbols
  • Dependable attendance and reliability
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional communication and teamwork skills
