Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport closed due to weather

The Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport is closed until further notice as the weather has impacted south Mississippi.

A statement was released on the airport’s Facebook page saying, “GPT’s operations team remains onsite and continues to monitor weather conditions. The runway and terminal will reopen as soon as conditions permit. At present, many flights scheduled tomorrow, January 22 have been impacted. Passengers are advised to contiue checking with their respective air carriers.”
