United States Postal Service closed on January 9th

The United States Postal Service will be closed on January 9th to honor President Jimmy Carter.

A day of mourning was announced for January 9th by President Biden.

No mail will be delivered and post offices will be closed during this time.

The service says operations will resume on January 10th.

Just as a heads up, other federal agencies and services will also be closed during the day.
