Eighth annual Mississippi Seafood Cook-off

Tonight at Climb CDC in Gulfport, a group of elite chefs will meet to answer the question: who is the king of Mississippi seafood?
This will be the eighth annual statewide Seafood Cook-off. The winning chef advances to represent Mississippi in the Great American Seafood Cook-off, which takes place later this year in New Orleans.
