Long Beach man guilty of videotaping a woman and violating her privacy

A 27-year-old Long Beach man will have to register as a sex offender, after a jury found him guilty of secretly videotaping a woman and violating her privacy. Matthew Pierce was a licensed massage therapist and owned a business in Long Beach. He now faces up to five years in prison after a client discovered Pierce had left his cell phone positioned to secretly record video of her as she was getting dressed after a session back in October of 2014.

Pierce is scheduled for sentencing on April 18th.
