Biloxi Schools considering new locations for upper elementary
Biloxi School District is planning to build a new upper elementary school. The school district has two locations they are considering.
The first would be on the same property were the current upper elementary school is located on the old Michel Junior High School on Father Ryan Avenue.
The second property is on Popp’s Ferry Road just west of First Baptist Church of Biloxi.
The new school would accommodate up to 1,000 students. A public meeting will be held at 5 p.m. on December 4th at the Biloxi School’s performing arts center to allow residents to voice their thoughts.
