Blue Star Welcome Week
Joining us today are Sarah Ruskey and Jonathan Bell from the Biloxi Library System to tell us about events going on to celebrate Blue Star Welcome Week.
The West Biloxi Library is located at 2047 Pass Road in Biloxi (directly across the street from Wal-Mart Marketplace), 1.5 miles west of Keesler Air Force Base’s Pass Road Gate.
The library is proud to be hosting 3 days of events in celebration of military patrons.
Wednesday, September 25, 2024: Military Library Card Sign Up Day (9am-6pm) The library will be offering prizes for all military members and their families that sign up for a free library card at the West Biloxi Library with a valid military ID. (while supplies last)
Thursday, September 26, 2024: Arts and Crafts Club for Adults (10am-12pm) Starting at 10am will be our weekly art program for adults, “Grown Folks Art”.
Participants will be making a patriotic-themed craft. This program is for patrons 18 years of age and older.
