Rouses Market opens in Picayune

Residents of Picayune and the surrounding areas now have a third grocery option to choose from.

The 40,000 square foot supermarket is located at 1701 Highway 43 and it marks Rouses’ fourth store in Mississippi. A fifth store is set to open in Biloxi in October.

The Picayune location has employed up to 150 people in both full and part time positions and features a range of departments and services.

Donny Rouse, Picayune Mayor Jim Luke, and the entire Rouses Market team are excited to welcome customers to the new Picayune store, continuing the company’s tradition of top service, quality products, competitive prices and great value.

The store will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
