9/8 – Sam Parker’s “Francine’s Upon Us” Sunday Night Forecast

All eyes now shifting towards the tropics as potential tropical cyclone in in the Gulf of Mexico and if forecasted to strengthen into a category 1 hurricane at this moment. forecasts will change over the few days but as of right now coastal flooding is the biggest concern to South Mississippi gulf coast. Keep in mind that because this storm currently lacks a defined center of circulation, there could still be relatively large shifts in the forecast.
