8/19 – Trey Tonnessen’s “Post DNC” Monday Night 11:45 PM Forecast
Meteorologist Trey Tonnessen
On Tuesday, a front will continue to reside just west of our area. An abundance of dry air again should keep our region dry outside of the marine zones. With surface dewpoints crashing during the hottest part of the day, no heat headlines will be required. Otherwise, the only concern may be for a limited or conditional fire weather threat since a good chunk of the region has started to dry out and some low level winds may tick upward during the late afternoon as mixing intensifies.
