7/23 – Trey Tonnessen’s “Radar Work” Tuesday Noon Forecast
Meteorologist Trey Tonnessen
A lot of deep tropical moisture is streaming northward from the southern gulf this morning. Most of this will be found from the area down through the coastal bend of Texas after today. Today this deep moisture will stretch from our area westward down the western gulf coast. The highest values will be over the west and northwestern coast. This should give high chances of getting rain today and Wed with a slight dry bias Wednesday relative to today. This won’t mean much for most as the number of storms will still be on the scattered to numerous side still providing heavy rainfall and very slight chances of severe. Water/land spout possibilities will remain high though.
