Man arrested in Biloxi in connection to ongoing fire investigation

On Friday July 12, 2024, the Biloxi Police Department arrested 50-year-old Joseph Albert Yoakum of Biloxi, Mississippi in connection to an ongoing fire investigation.

Yoakum allegedly set fire to a dwelling on the 700 block of Baybreeze Drive.

Yoakum was transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center (HCADC). He was incarcerated with a $50,000.00 bond imposed by Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain.
