Wiggins Police investigating vandalism at church

Sunday morning, Wiggins officers were called out to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Hall Street for a report of a burglary.
When officers arrived, they discovered graffiti throughout the interior of the building and observed where a suspect had attempted to set the building on fire.
This morning, investigators from the Wiggins Police Department, State Fire Marshall, Mississippi Bureau of Investigaon, ATF, FBI, and Stone County EMA returned to the scene to continue the investigation.
A lead was developed involving a homeless man in the area. He was identified as Stefan Rowold, a 35-year-old male. Officers located Rowold and brought him in for questioning.
Throughout the interview, investigators obtained a full confession from Rowold.
At this time, this case is still under investigation and ATF/FBI may be looking at federal charges.
