The upcoming 4th of July holiday is a time for celebration, but it’s also one of the busiest times on the roads, which can increase the risk of accidents.

The Mississippi Highway Patrol is preparing for the holiday travel period, which will begin on Thursday, July 4th at 6AM and conclude on Sunday, July 7th at midnight.
