MDOT advises drivers of road closures for work, inspections

The Mississippi Department of Transportation is advising drivers of some closures this weekend.

Kiln-Delise Road at Interstate 10 will be closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. while crews perform work on the bridge deck and perform inspections.

Detour signage will be in place to direct motorists around the closure.

Also this weekend, the east ramp of I-10 on to I-110 (Exit 46B) in Harrison County will be closed from 4 p.m. Sunday to 3 p.m. on Monday to allow crews to pour concrete on I-110 South.

Motorists should seek alternate routes during the closure.
