Buc-ee’s posting jobs for managment staff

Buc-ee’s is advertising for managerial staff on Indeed.

The postings list an opening date of Summer 2025.

The positions range from gift/merchandise manager for $125,000 a year and Assistant Deli / Food Service Manager for $33 an hour to Night Manager for $31 an hour and Food Service Manager for $20 an hour.

The postings are just the first wave of hirings as Buc-ee’s plans a staff of about 200 people and will hold a hiring fair for line workers in the months leading up to the store opening.

Buc-ee’s is known for its clean bathrooms, brisket, beef jerky and Beaver Nuggets – with the closest travel center to the Coast located along the I-10 corridor in Florida.

The Texas-based chain is advertises starting pay that is well above minimum wage plus benefits – posted at all of its stores, and starts at $18 an hour for cashiers, cleaning and warehouse staff, and stockers.

Benefits include a matching 401(k), dental, vision and health insurance, three weeks paid time off and opportunities for advancement.
