Will the flag fly in Biloxi?

The Biloxi City Council meeting is expected to include the discussion on the recent removal of the state flag from all city buildings, a decision that has drawn both criticism and support from residents.
City Council President and Ward 4 Alderman Robert Deming is expected to present an ordinance at tonight’s city council meeting which would return the flag to all city buildings.
