Mitch Brent joined us in studio to discuss the MS Supervisor Conference and to catch up with his daughter, News 25’s Ansley Brent

While attending the Mississippi Association of Supervisors Conference, News 25’s dad Mitch Brent joins us in studio for the Morning Show!

Mitch Brent is a Supervisor for Lamar county and he tells WXXV about the many incredible things that happen at the Mississippi Association of Supervisors conference held at Biloxi’s Coast Convention Center. It’s a family friendly event full of networking, informational sessions, and tons of vendors.

In honor of Father’s day being this weekend, Ansley Brent and her father are brought to tears as they discuss her journey to becoming a Television Anchor at News 25. Mitch said he knew Ansley would be successful at anything she put her mind to, and he always knew she had a bright personality for television.

Ansley said her father, Mitch, is the one who always pushed her to chase her dreams and never let her shy from it, especially when she thought they were too far out of her reach.
