Wreck shuts down part of I-10 in Hancock County

I-10 near Mile Marker 2 was shut down earlier today due to a wreck happening around 10 a.m.
According to MHP Spokesman Cal Robertson, a total of seven vehicles were involved. Six of those vehicles were cars while one was a semi-truck.
All lanes headed west towards Louisiana were shutdown as a result of the crash.
Highway patrol was diverting traffic through exit 2 as the scene was being worked. Four people were injured with moderate injuries. There were no life-threatening injuries reported.
