City of Biloxi holding special election for Ward 4
The City of Biloxi is holding a special election for Ward 4. That election is scheduled for June 18th, currently there are no candidates on the ballot.
Those who wish to qualify as a candidate must submit a petition with 50 signatures of registered voters of the ward.
If no candidate receives more than 50 percent of the vote in a primary party, there will be a runoff election between the two top candidates of the race.
