Have You Seen This Man?

The Biloxi Police Department would like your help in identifying an unknown male who has allegedly damaged several vending machines in the past few months. The unknown male was also captured on camera attempting to commit larceny. It is believed that the subject is homeless and possibly rides bike on Beach Boulevard between Rosenberg Avenue and Camellia Street.
