Fan Fest 2024 being held on April 21
The Hancock County Library System will be hosting a day-long Comic Con type event on Sunday, April 21.
Fan Fest 2024 will be free to the public and will be held at the Bay St. Louis Community Hall on Blaize Avenue.
The event will run from 10 AM to 5 PM.
There will be a collectible comic book sale as well as six uniquely-themed sessions.
A few of those sessions include a live-action medieval fantasy roleplaying group, a comic book creation session, and live presentations on a breakdown to story writing and world building.
There will also be a dedicated game space for all ages.
A cosplay fashion show is also planned, there will be a competition at 3 PM for adults and youth that include prizes and a fashion parade.
Eligibility for prizes will require registration on-site at 2:30.
