City Leaders Need Information On Video

Coast history buffs listen up!
The city of Biloxi needs your help.
The video you see here was made back in 1951 by the US ARMY and it was shot in Biloxi.
The video, “Social Change in a Democracy”, was meant to show how laws can be made to help protect a community.
One city leader stumbled on the video via social media recently and now he’s trying his best to determine the places and people in the video.
At some point, the city hopes to edit the video with pop up info saying where and when scenes were filmed.
The city got a huge break when a woman who saw herself in the video contacted to city to help.
