Pearl River County Creek Clean Up event Saturday

In Pearl River County Saturday, you can do your part to help keep local waterways clean.

You can head to the Megehee Bridge Recreation Area on Liberty Road at 8 a.m. to take part in the creek cleanup.

Crews will be cleaning up in six locations, including just off Highway 43, the Henly Field McNeill Area, and the George Ford Bridge.

The event runs until 11:30.
