Murder Suspect Arrested While Out Of Jail

A murder suspect out on bond lands himself behind bars after a vehicle burglary arrest in Harrison County.

Twenty-year-old Gary Perkins was arrested on Tuesday for two felony charges of vehicle burglary.
Perkins was arrested and charged with the murder of 38-year-old Chavis Allen back in June of 2016.
Allen died after being shot near the area of Dogwood Court and Holly Circle in Gulfport.
Perkins is being held without bond at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center because of the previous murder charge.
The other four men arrested are also being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center.
