Missing Slidell Woman Found

A Slidell woman is safe in Jackson County after her family reported her missing days ago.
According to Jackson County Sheriff Mike Ezell, 44-year-old Paulette Loisel was located at Bluff Creek Mobile Home Park off of Pine Grove Road in Gautier. Jackson County deputies were notified of her whereabouts when a resident called after spotting her 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche in the East Belle Fountaine Beach area. When deputies eventually caught up with her, she was disoriented and taken to a local hospital. “It was on Facebook and some good citizens saw the car, they called the sheriff’s office so it ends up a happy story instead of so many times when it doesn’t end up a happy story. We’re very proud to work with our partners out there on Facebook,” said Sheriff Ezell.
Investigators from the Slidell Police Department also responded and took possession of Loisel’s vehicle. No foul play is expected.
