Dream Program Silent Auction

The Dream Program kicked off its weekend of fundraising with its annual silent auction night in Ocean Springs.
From autographed sports memorabilia to art work to luxury accessories, dozens of items were up for grabs tonight at the Gulf Hills Hotel.
All of the proceeds go toward the Dream Program which provides various opportunities for athletes with special needs. Dream Program Executive Director Billy Dungan said, “In addition to the normal basketball, softball, football, things like that, we also reach out into therapeutic horseback riding, tennis for fun, canoeing, art, arts and crafts and music classes. All of this is provided to these athletes with no expense to them.”
The fundraising continues tomorrow with the annual charity golf tournament. Organizers say by participating in the tournament you’re taking a swing at improving the Gulf Coast community.
