Artifacts from first Black Woman Pilot at the MS Aviation Heritage Museum

The Mississippi Aviation Heritage Museum is showcasing personal artifacts from Bessie Coleman.

Coleman was America’s first black woman pilot and the story is being told by her great-niece.

The event is free to the public. Doors open at 5:30 and the event starts at 6:30.
