Road closure in the area of 3rd Avenue stretching from S. Swan Road to 5th St. in Gulfport

Gulfport, Mississippi. Due to the installation of a sewer tap, 3rd Avenue stretching from South Swan Road to 5th Street will be temporarily closed to thru traffic.

South Swan Road, 4th Avenue and 5th Street will serve as the designated detour route.

The “Road Closure” is scheduled to begin Monday, February 5, 2024, at 7:00AM, and is expected to reopen on Friday, February 9, 2024, at 3:30PM, weather permitting.
