12th Night Celebration rescheduled to January 10th

While Saturday marks 12^th Night, Kay Miller with Biloxi Main Street and David Harris, lieutenant of Gulf Coast Carnival Association, are here to talk about the delayed start to carnival season that will happen next Wednesday.

The 12^th Night Celebration has been rescheduled to Wednesday, January 10^th from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at Biloxi City Hall.
