City of Ocean Springs hosting New Year’s Eve Celebration

The City of Ocean Springs will present the inaugural New Year’s Eve Celebration: The Drop on Government!

The city will drop a ball that will illuminate the sky as the coast heads into the new year.

Musical guests will provide entertainment, The Tree-Oh kicking off The Drop on Government at 8 PM with Unfazed Show and Band, LLC leading everyone into 2024!

The Drop will feature an iconic ball, outfitted with LED lights and suspended 60 feet on Government Street by Ocean Springs Fire Department’s ladder truck.

The Drop will serve as a visual countdown for all participants as the clock strikes midnight.
