St. Patrick softball player signs letter of intent

St. Patrick’s Softball is sending another one of its players to compete at the next level.

Family, friends, coaches, and staff came together to celebrate and honor Allee Bennett as she signed her letter of intent.

The senior pitcher and middle in-fielder will be taking her talents to East Mississippi Community College.

Bennett says she’s thankful for her parents, her brother, coaches, and everyone who has supported her leading up to her signing day.

The Lady Irish senior also tells us why she will be taking her talents to EMCC.

“It just felt like home when I got there. At first I didn’t think that would be my choice but when I got there, I just fell in love with the people there, the coaches and just everything about it,” said Bennett.

She also says her goal before graduating is to bring a state title back to St. Patrick’s High.
