Central Elementary School in Pascagoula celebrates wins
Central Elementary School in Pascagoula was celebrating its fifth year as an A-rated school this week when they got a little bit more to celebrate.
South Mississippi Smiles presented Principal Angela Burch with a check for $3,000 for school supplies. Ginger Christian with South Mississippi Smiles presented the check during the school’s ‘CES Panther Era Celebration School Wide Party.’
Staff and students donned sparkling, shiny clothes to celebrate five years as an A-rated school as part of the State Department of Education’s accountability ratings.
South Mississippi Smiles holds its Caring4Community contest which is determined by public vote.
