Burn ‘Em Up in the Pass returns to Pass Christian

The smell of smoke and rubber filled the air as cruisers were lining up to take center stage at a burnout competition.

Burn ‘Em Up in the Pass has returned to Pass Christian and is one of the more popular events during Cruisin’ the Coast.

Hundreds of onlookers were in the stands and crowded around the barricades to cheer on their favorite cars.

The burnout competition featured hotrods, super chargers, trucks, and more.

The Outlaw Group Garage finished the show with a bang, blowing out one of their tires.

“My friends nicknamed it. When it needs to go a little bit more, it always seems to have a little bit more. I went in the portal over there as Clark Kent and came out as Superman and we did the burnout.”
