Emergency Road Closure for Dedeaux Road in Gulfport

The City of Gulfport has issued a notification of “Emergency Road Closure” for the citizens and businesses of Dedeaux Road between Sharp Boulevard and Turnberry Avenue.

The east and westbound lanes will be closed to thru traffic to replace multiple storm drain crossings, in preparation for street paving.

Turnberry Avenue, George Street, Todd Drive, Tandy Drive, and Sharpe Boulevard will be used as the detour route.

The “Emergency Road Closure” is scheduled to begin September 29, 2023 at 8:00AM and will reopen September 30, 2023 at 12:00PM, weather permitting.

The City of Gulfport is asking all citizens to observe and follow all traffic markers placed in the area.
