Two-car crash on Highway 49

There were no injuries this afternoon after two cars collided on Highway 49 and South Swan Road.

An SUV rolled on to its side after colliding with a truck.  Both drivers appeared to be okay as first responders arrived on scene.

The crash happened just before 1:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes.

While no one was injured, it is a reminder to be careful on the roadways over the next week as visitors for Cruisin’ the Coast come in to town.

Many of the cruisers are return visitors, but we will have a lot of people in town who don’t know the area so please stay alert.
