Singing River Street Rod Association holds 45th annual Car and Truck Show

One Cruisin’ the Coast host club got an early start on all the fun as well with an annual fundraiser over the weekend.

The parking lot of the Elks Lodge in Biloxi was the site of the Singing River Street Rod Association’s 45th annual Car and Truck Show.

The show included a raffle, door prizes, and awards as well for the best show car, viewers choice, and ladies choice awards.

All proceeds raised benefit the Singing River Street Rod Association Scholarship Fund.

Singing River Street Rod Member Rick Holyfield won ‘best of show’ at the event and tells us more about his winning truck. “Well, it’s a 53 Ford with a TCI chassis. It has GM3 engine with a Whipple super charger. It makes 730 horsepower to the wheels, ten speed automatic, and a real fun truck.”

The Singing River Street Rod Association is the oldest street club in the state of Mississippi.
