Luxury RV park coming to the Gulf Coast

A new RV park is being built on the corner of Highway 90 and Cowan Road.

The City of Gulfport broke ground on its first luxury RV resort in early September and they are moving quickly. The Gulfport Luxury RV Resort will have a variety of amenities including a resort style swimming pool.

Synergy Aqua Tech Owner and Project Manager Grady Crosslin gives us details about the latest on construction. “We got started about three weeks ago. The aquatics team that was hired to come in and put in the aquatics attraction, which is an adult pool with a zero entry, which has children’s water features. We also have a lazy river attached to it and a swim up bar. We’re genuinely excited about the project, to be a part of the team.”

The site will open in 2024 and will include 101 luxury back-in RV sites. The goal of the luxury resort is to bring a modern RV park to the Gulf Coast. RV Park Owner PJ Vicari says luxury is what sets this RV park apart. “It’s considered luxury because it’s all concrete pads, all concrete roadways. The clubhouse has arcades, fitness rooms, a café, meeting rooms, bathrooms, showers, a nice seating area. Everything is more upscale.”
