9/20 – Jeff’s “Stray Rain/More Humid” Wednesday Night Forecast

Temperatures will be slightly warmer tomorrow morning but it will still be a mild start. Partly cloudy skies can be expected Thursday with 20% shower chances from time to time. Two windows of rain chances, one in the morning along the beachfront, and another with pop-up activity are on the table.

Appreciable rainfall is not expected this week. The pattern will gradually return to a milder one with northeasterly winds ushering in drier air. Skies will clear out by this weekend and the start of fall will be pleasant.

The next weather-maker arrives next week. That being said, guidance is trending towards a cold front being in the region but unable to make it towards South Mississippi. Rain chances are in place for the beginning of the week but that is all dependent on trends with the system.
