Southern Miss hosting contest for two scholarships

The School of Media and Communication at Southern Miss announced a contest where two students can win a $500 scholarship.

Southern Miss is hosting STRATCOM week from October 16 through the 18 and is asking students to create a video showing what only a Golden Eagle would know or experience on campus.

The videos can be any style you want!

To enter, a video must be emailed to SOC@usm.edu by Monday, October 9.

A judging panel will select the top 5 videos and post them to The School of Media and Communication’s Instagram page on October 16.

One winning video will be chosen by school-selected judges and the other award will be given to the video that receives the most likes.
