Tunnel to Towers 5K run and Climb happening tomorrow

The Tunnel to Towers Foundation 5K Run and Climb will be happening tomorrow at 5 PM at Margaritaville in Biloxi.

It isn’t too late to register for the event, registration ends tomorrow at 8 PM

Adult registration is $40 for those who want to run and climb.

Registration is only $30 for those who only want to do the run or the climb.

Teens 13 to 17 is $20 to register and children 12 and under are $10.

Registration the day of the event raises by $15.

The Tunnel to Towers Run and Walk was created to honor those who lost their lives on September 11 and to support first responders and military who make sacrifices in the line of duty.

The 5K run will happen first followed by the climb.

The climb will be 110 floors in total, symbolic of the 110 floors of the World Trade Center.

Participants will walk the 22 floors of Margaritaville a total of 5 times.

If you can’t make it the entire 110 floors, you may stop whenever you need.

The stairwell will be locked at 8:15, no one will be able to enter the stairwell.
