Calvin Parker, who claims he was abducted by aliens in Pascagoula, has died

Calvin Parker passed away August 24 after a long battle with Kidney Cancer.

Parker gained notoriety after claiming he and his co-worker, Charles Hickson, were abducted by aliens while fishing on a pier near what is now Ingalls Shipyard.

In both of their books detailing the event, on the night of October 11, 1973, Parker and Hickson noticed a blue light reflecting off the water before hearing  a loud sound.

The duo looked up and spotted a UFO hovering behind them.

Three unknown beings carried the men aboard the UFO and examined them for 30 minutes before returning them to the riverbanks. Alien

After being cross examined by investigators, Parker and Hickson’s story stood up.
