Point Eight Power System hosts job fair in Waveland

Point Eight Power Systems announced their newest location to open at Point Bienville Industrial Park last week.

Point Eight Power provides high quality, reliable generator controls, switchgear and power control building packages for electrical systems.

Yesterday, Point Eight officials were on hand for a job fair in Waveland, interviewing applicants for a range of jobs.

For the new Port Bienville location, Point Eight plans to hire about 78 employees. Vice President Carlis Gross said, “We’re looking for employees with an electrical background doing things ranging from wiring to equipment testing, welders, painters, and even just down to basic assemblers.”
