Abney Grace Pittman crowned Miss Hospitality
Abney Grace Pittman of Wayne County was crowned the 2023 Mississippi Miss Hospitality in Hattiesburg this weekend.
She will serve as the 74th Miss Hospitality, succeeding Hannah Grace Crain and will be known as the Goodwill Ambassador for the state.
All 41 contestants participate in one-on-one and panel interviews, speeches, on-stage interviews, and an evening gown component to determine who will be the spokesperson for Mississippi.
Pittman is a sophomore at the University of Mississippi and plans to head into speech and language pathology.
First runner up was Loren Wade from Petal.
