Powerball jackpot reaches $725M

The Powerball jackpot continues to climb after there was no winner in last night’s drawing.

That means the new jackpot has reached $725 million. The next drawing is set for Wednesday.

Wednesday’s prize is the seventh-largest in the promotion’s history. If someone matches all of the numbers in that drawing and decides to take the lump sum option, the cash value will be approximately $366.2 million before taxes.
