Governor Bryant has issued a state of emergency for Mississippi River flooding, which has no immediate effect for the Gulf Coast.
Standing water in parts of Biloxi seems to be a real nuisance for residents to make their daily commute to and from work. It can be extremely dangerous to drive through.
