Police Search For Suspects
Gulfport police are asking for the public’s help in finding two suspects who shot into someone’s home while trying to rob it.
It happened about 7:30 Tuesday night in the 300 block of Debuys Road.
A woman opened the door after hearing someone knocking.
When a masked male pulled out a gun and pointed it at her.
The victim’s pit-bulldog attacked the suspect, but was shot and killed.
One suspect is described as an adult male wearing a "hoodie" sweatshirt and a mask.
The second described as a black male with dark skin and hazel eyes.
