World’s Largest Puzzle on Display at Edgewater Mall

Right now at Edgewater Mall, the world’s largest puzzle is on display. The puzzle is made up of over 33,000 pieces and it took nine weeks to put together.

The puzzle shows a rain forest landscape with lots of exotic animals. A store in the mall called Puzzles U.S.A. owns the giant puzzle and it recruited mall employees to help put it together.

David Murray, the owner of Puzzles U.S.A., says, “So even though this is five and a half feet by nineteen feet, maybe somewhere there’s on that’s bigger, but not more pieces. So technically, it’s the largest puzzle in the world with the number of pieces.”

The puzzle’s owner says the hardest part was keeping the puzzle together while hanging it on the wall.
